Leach's attorneys have subpoenaed documents from Frenship Independent School District. They are seeking any correspondence between F.I.S.D. and Texas Tech University and/or Tommy Tuberville. Leach's legal team is chasing after the idea of exactly when conversations may have occurred about enrolling members of the Tuberville family in the school district.
Judge Bill Sowder scheduled a hearing into this matter for March 26th.
When Tuberville was interviewed by 790TheZone radio in Atlanta back on March 1, Coach Tubs intimated Leach was looking for a way out of Lubbock before the Adam James incident ever took place.
Was he told something by the Tech administration during their initial overtures to keep him interested, or make sure he'd stay interested...?
