It's a result of an investigation into a December 13th incident. Newsok.com reports that Williams is accused of raping two women at a private residence near the Oklahoma State campus at what was apparently a party.

The first charges could be 1-15 years in jail, the battery charges, a felony, could mean up to 10-years in jail.
There were two others allegedly a part of the original incident, neither were on the basketball team.
Needless to say, Williams may not be available to the 16-7 Cowboys for their next basketball game, though it isn't until February 12th.
