Hey, Yo! Scott Hall Busted Again...

((HT: Orlando Sentinel/Colarossi via Deadspin))

The HQ will reminisce as much as the next guy...
We like to remember Scott Hall this way... one of the most influential moments in the history of professional wrestling...

((HT: WCW/xoxEdgeLoverxox))

But this is more just repetition...

Scott Hall ((pictured, thanks Seminole County Sheriff's Office)) was arrested a little over a week ago on charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer following an incident at a Seminole County bar called the "Hitching Post" in the town of Chuluota, Florida...

Seminole County Sheriff's Deputies were called on a disturbance complaint about 1:43 a.m. And remember what the HQ has said about nothing good ever happening after a certain time in the middle of the night...

A bartender was telling Hall to leave when the cops arrived, but he was yelling and cussing at anyone in sight. The deputy there also said Hall appeared "intoxicated with slurred speech and bloodshot eyes."

When the deputy advised Hall he was being placed in custody for disorderly intoxication, he tried to prepare him for the handcuffs, but Hall refused.

That's always a good sign... from the police report...

"Scott refused this directive, and instead, thrust out his chest, walking closer to me, stating, 'I ain't going down for this [expletive deleted],' " the report states. "This is [expletive deleted]. You know it's [expletive deleted]."

"Due to Scott's inordinate size, 6'05", 295 pounds, I utilized two sets of handcuffs in tandem," the deputy noted in the report.

Hall can't go back to the "Hitching Post" ever again as well...

So, this is Hall now...

Some Music For Your Weekend

Has it really been since 1990...???
In honor of one of the greatest guitarists of the era...
A little SRV...

The only thing missing now is an entrance from the Hulkster and the rest of the NWO...
Choppin' it down with the edge of his hand...

Your Scott Hall Update...

Last we checked in with Scott Hall at the Iron Sheik roast in New Jersey, a comedian had told a less-than-funny joke that set Hall off to the point where he took a swipe at the guy.

Later that evening, Hall alledgedly raised a ruckus at Doc's Corner Tavern in Jamesburg, New Jersey...

"Can you describe the ruckus, sir...?"
Why, yes we can...

After alledgedly getting in to it with a married man and his wife in the hotel the roast was taking place in, he moved on to Doc's... where he apparently shoved a woman up against the bar and led to a man throwing a punch at Hall.
Thus, we present Episode 1 ((HT: 411mania.com and PWInsider.com))

Yes, we know the video isn't that great. But it sets up Episode 2 where we see the woman in question quite angry at the whole proceeding.

Scott Hall Goes Off... Again...

Former AWA, WCW, WWE, and TNA wrestler Scott Hall got into it with a comedian at a roast of the Iron Sheik over the weekend in Monroe, New Jersey. The comedian, "Round Boy" Jimmy Graham, broke out a joke about Owen Hart- using Hart as a punchline- that set Hall off.

According to long-time wrestling journalist Bill Apter, Hall then approached the dais and lunged after Graham- who started laughing, apparently thinking Hall's act was a "work."

It wasn't. Hall was then escorted out of the dining hall, but not before he let Graham know how he felt about the idea of using a dead guy as part of a joke.

Once again, we're going to let the pictures to the talking... the first is the beginning of the whole proceeding. The second is an interview Apter held with Hall after the fact. "The Razor" doesn't apologize for anything...

((HT: 1wrestling.com and Bill Apter))

411mania has comments from Graham about the incident...
And here's the joke...

I said, ‘After the Sheik and Hacksaw Jim got caught sniffing coke in the parking lot his career fell faster than Owen Heart ((sic))'

Just what we thought- absolutely hilarious...
It's obvious to us here at OSG HQ that the guy writes his own material...
Don't forget to tip your waitress and try the meatloaf...

Who's the Man Now?

Think back to the 1980's and professional wrestling. From the NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) to WCW (World Championship Wrestling) to the WWE, Ric Flair was the man. He had all the best lines and looked the part to a "T". He was the "World Champion" more times than even he could count. Flair finally retired from wrestling last year as possibly the greatest interviews and greatest champions ever. One of his best lines was "To be the Man, you've got to beat the Man". Well, apparently, that happened when his daughter and her 22 year old boyfriend and Flair got into a bit of a fight.

Check out the stories: hyah and hyah. (Thanks Google/AP and The State Newspaper)

It's kind of hard to believe that Flair is 59 years old. It's even harder to believe that he was out drinking with his daughter and boyfriend. It's stunning to think the daughter may have been the one arrested for assault (although you shouldn't go after police officers) It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
