Olsen who was an Outland Trophy winner in College at Southern Utah was also a Hall of Fame Defensive Lineman in the NFL. He was a 14 time NFL Pro-Bowl player and a part of the "Fearsome Foursome" defensive line for the Los Angeles Rams. He was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1982.

He moved on from playing to being a Football analyst for NBC and had a successful career acting as well. Roles in Little House on the Prarie and his own show Father Murphy, hosting telethons and being a spokesman, Olsen was fully involved, very successful and widely popular. His influence in Football and other areas of life will be missed.

Check out this NFL Network Commercial which sums up Olsen very well. Thanks You Tube:
