OK, folks...hell hath no fury...
According to published reports, The Four-Letter's sideline reporter Erin Andrews ((pictured, thanks Four-Letter)) was the victim of a peeping tom with a video camera. The blurry video only lasted about five minutes, and the hotel location cannot be identified from the footage. In the video, Andrews is seen primping her hair and putting on her makeup. Officials believe it was taken through a peephole, or some other hole in the wall. **enter Porky's reference here**
"While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent," Andrews' attorney Marshall Grossman said in his official statement. "She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future."
Grossman goes on to say, "Although the perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified, she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material."
The Four-Letter has jumped in behind their reporter, who was voted the Sexiest Sportscaster by Playboy Magazine for 2008 and 2009. “Erin has been grievously wronged here,” Four-Letter spokesman Josh Krulewitz said. “Our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act.”
The video has been pulled off Internet sites left and right. But beware, OSG readers...if you go out trying to find this video, hackers have laced several copies of it with Malware and other serious viruses.
Trust me...it's her...and she's pissed. Her lawyer is tracking anyone who uploads it...or views it.
