Ronald Lee was sentenced to 15 years- 5 of them to be served in prison... which means he should be out in about a year-and-a-half on good behavior. The remaining 10 years are set for a probationary term. He was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service and anger management.

Cobb County ((GA)) jurors needed about an hour to convict Lee on three counts: aggravated battery of a teacher, aggravated battery of a school employee, and cruelty to children. Lee was found not guilty of aggravated assault in the 2008 attack of Pebblebrook high school assistant coach Preston Moses.
Lee confronted him after Lee's 17-year-old son was forced to run laps as a punishment and claimed he was acting in self defense when Moses approached him in a threatening manner.
