The HQ was a big supporter of "Grandma Luge" - Anne Abernathy. Abernathy represented the Virgin Islands in six Olympiads from 1988 to 2006, was the oldest luge competitor in each round, and became the first six-time female Olympian. We still may have some t-shirts around somewhere...
Now, Kwame Nkrumah-Acheampong is Ghana's lone rep for Vancouver, and has a big hope what his actions on the slopes will give his continent...
