We'll Just Sue you Back!

Last night we told you about former Kentucky Basketball Coach Billy Gillispie filing a lawsuit against the University's Athletic Association, looking for monies owed to him. Well, today brings the countersuit. Yes, that's right the University has sued Gillispie, claiming that since Gillispie never signed a contract, they aren't responsible to pay him.

This sounds like it is going to be fun to follow. We aren't really sure exactly how Gillispie is going to get his money since he never bothered to sign anything. We all know that as much as you would like to take people at their word...or "Gentleman's Agreement", when things fall apart, you have no leg to stand on unless it is on a piece of paper.
