University of Texas Baseball Coach Augie Garrido is going to be spending a little time in jail. 4 days to be exact. Garrido, who was arrested for DWI in January was also fined $500, according to the court, he'll need to do his time sometime before August 15th.

Garrido, who led the Longhorns to the College World Series Championship game, where they lost to LSU, was praised by the judge in the case for "Stepping up to the plate, admitting guilt and accepting his punishment". Garrido probably will not spend the entire 4 days in the pokey however; he already will get a days credit for time served after the incident.
