Surveillance Video Of McNair Condo

((HT: NewsChannel5/WTVF-TV))

NewsChannel 5 Investigates has obtained exclusive access to surveillance video ((pictured, thanks NewsChannel5)) that could figure into the McNair murder investigation.

It shows the former quarterback's condo in the hours in which police believe the deaths occurred.

Our chief investigative reporter Phil Williams is still analyzing the video. But it may be as important for what it doesn't show, as for what it does.

While investigators haven't found any witnesses who saw what happened with him and girlfriend Sahel Kazemi, a law office next door may have the next best thing.

It's surveillance video from a camera pointed at the back of the condo -- from the dark of morning July 4th, through sunrise and into the heat of the day.

Around one corner is the front door to McNair's condo, and around the other corner is his balcony and the entrance to his garage.

Around 1 or 2 a.m., the video shows the headlights of a vehicle that comes down the alley.

The headlights stop in front of the condo and remain on for more than a minute.

It appears to be the same spot where Kazemi's Escalade was found the next day.

As the sun rises, the video shows a vehicle that appears to be pulling into the garage next door -- but no signs of suspicious activity.

We're still analyzing the video.

But it does not appear to show any sign of a suspect or suspects sneaking around the condo or running from the scene -- and that could be just as important as what it does show.

Police have asked the law firm for the video. Investigators will be doing just what we're doing, looking at it frame by frame for even the smallest clues.

Here's the video in discussion...
