It appears as though Jack Daniels is leaving NASCAR. At least they are as a car sponsor, no doubt the fans won't be giving up on them so quickly, it is after all a beverage of choice for many NASCAR fans. However for the guys at Richard Childress racing, it creates some problems.

The question now is what will RCR do? Casey Mears has been driving the #07 Jack Daniels car all season long, the car was the 4th for RCR. Team owner Richard Childress was very vague about the teams plans after the season, luckily for them, Jack Daniels will finish out the '09 season which is almost at an end.
