Oregon football coach Chip Kelly will be available to the media after practice Friday morning to discuss the plan that has been in place with senior running back LeGarrette Blount.
The plan could include Blount's potential reinstatement prior to the conclusion of the 2009 season.
John Hunt's piece in the Oregonian alludes to "a release Thursday night from the school said Kelly's plan 'could include Blount's potential reinstatement prior to the conclusion of the 2009 season.' "
