The saga of Erreck Plancher is continuing. According to a report on the 4-Letter Word's (ESPN) website. Plancher's family has decided to file suit against the University of Central Florida, claiming wrongful death.

There have been tons of questions since the incident happened early in 2008, many of which were documented here at the OSG. It's unfortunate that something like this has to happen and what is worse is that fingers have been pointed at many people. Hopefully this will run its course in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida. We will certainly keep track of this case and hope that you will too.
