Last year when Siena beat Vanderbilt as a 4/13 match-up: that was an upset...

The Saints, of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, weren't a big-time underdog to the Big Ten's Buckeyes. But they played the game just 75 miles from Ohio State's campus. The whole arena — except for a pocket of loud and proud Siena fans — was colored red.
Siena's the smallest school in this 65-team field, with just 3,000 students. Before the game its school president, the Rev. Kevin Mullen, had joked, "Good thing we're not playing them in football."
No, this wasn't football.
On the basketball court, the school of 3,000 and the school of 50,000 stood nose-to-nose.
"Obviously, it took everything we had," Siena coach Fran McCaffery said.
