Probably the biggest story today not with the number 7 attatched to it is that of Phil Mickelson. The World's Number 2 ranked golfer has taken an indefinite leave of absence from the PGA Tour to tend to his wife Amy.Amy Mickelson has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and Phil has decided to take time off the Tour to tend to her. The Mickelsons' are immensely popular on the Tour and are among the most charitable of Golf's families. Amy's health was a concern back in 2003 when the couples third child was born. She almost didn't survive the birth.
We here at the OSG wish the Mickelsons' the best and that we will soon see them smiling together as they walk amongst golf's greatest courses.
