Cleveland Indians five-tool outfielder Shin Soo Choo blew a reported .201 at his traffic stop where he was cited for DUI ((or in Ohio "Operating a Vehicle Intoxicated" or OVI)).
He blew the BAC an hour after being pulled over after weaving in and out of lanes in front of police officers in suburban Cleveland at 2:30 in the morning...
What is it that the HQ says about anything good happening after 1AM...???

Choo submitted a written apology-statement through the Indians front office...
"I sincerely apologize to my family, teammates, fans and the Indians' organization for the attention stemming from this matter, however I am hopeful that this incident will not be a distraction to the Indians organization while we remain focused on continuing to play winning baseball. Since this is a legal matter, I look forward to it being resolved within the court system as soon as possible."
He gets a court appearance for his OVI charge Thursday morning...
