Former pro wrestler Andrew "Test" Martin ((pictured, thanks WFTS-TV)) died from an accidental overdose of oxycodone, according to Hillsborough County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Vernard Adams.

In addition, Dr. Adams performed other tests to determine the cause and manner of death.

According to the Medical Examiner's report:

"Dr. Adams completed the required studies and issued the following cause and manner of death opinions:

"Cause of Death: Intoxication by Oxycodone."

"Manner of Death: Accident."

Martin was found dead inside his Tampa apartment March 14, just days before his 34th birthday.

Martin, who wrestled for almost 10 years, mostly for World Wrestling Entertainment, was found dead inside his apartment on Harbor Place Drive.

Officers found his body after a neighbor called police, saying she could see Martin through an apartment window and that he hadn't moved in several hours.

Martin debuted in the WWE in 1998. He retired last December but had just returned from working in Japan and was planning to leave for a Two week trip to Europe, the day before his birthday, Martin said on his MySpace page.

During his time with WWE, Martin held the Intercontinental, European and Hardcore belts. He was also a tag-team champion.

Martin most recently worked for TNA Wrestling under the name "The Punisher" Andrew Martin.
