Well, if you are former Kentucky Basketball Coach Billy Gillispie, things have just gone from bad to worse. Gillispie was pulled over around 2:45 am in Lawerenceburg, Kentucky and charged with Driving Under the Influence.

This isn't the first time the phrase "DUI" and Gillispie have met, he was pulled over in 1999 in Oklahoma and charged, but was able to plead out to reckless driving. In 2003, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI, but the charges were dropped.
If it weren't for bad luck, we are pretty sure that Gillispie wouldn't have any luck. He's still embroiled in legal action against the University of Kentucky and/or the Athletic Association, trying to recoup money on a contract that he never really signed.
If he is trying to get himself back into the coaching ranks, well, this probably isn't a good way to get your name out there on the job market.
