The judge approved Vick's $20M bankruptcy plan and suggested Vick assign his accountant, Ira Speigel, as his financial advisor.
On the stand, Vick confirmed the salaries he'll be receiving from the Philadelphia Eagles. Vick has reportedly signed a one-year, $1.6 million contract with the Eagles, who hold a $5.2 million option for a second season.
According to court papers, creditors have approved Vick's plan to pay them back. And though Vick will be making $1.6 million dollars in his first year with the Eagles, he'll only live on $300 thousand dollars -- the rest will pay back his creditors.
His accountant, Ira Speigel set up a plan and has spoken to Vick about the need to live within his new budget.
