Not the Way to Start the Season

For College Football teams, normally the late Spring and early Summer are the times that coaches dread the most. It's the time of year where they don't have control over there players. They aren't around very much and quite often that is the time when they get in trouble.

University of Alabama Linebacker Courtney Upshaw bucked that trend by getting arrested early today on a 3rd degree domestic violence/harrassment charge.

Upshaw, who was competing for a starting spot, might not be competing for it now. Alabama Coach Nick Saban is expected to talk about what happened later today.
