Jay Mariotti has been charged with three more felonies: stalking, domestic violence and assault. This after he confronted his ex-girlfriend the same day a court ordered him to stay away from her, according to prosecutors.
The SAME DAY!!!!
And, yes, it was the same girl if you're trying to keep score at home...

Prosecutors are saying now that he argued with her outside of a restaurant back on April 15th. He allegedly pulled out some of her hair, grabbed her cellphone, and shouted at her while doing the afore-mentioned stuff...
Beware the Ides of April, everyone... the multi-talented Mariotti is on the loose...

He pleaded not guilty Wednesday to the charges: stalking, corporal injury on a spouse or domestic partner, and assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.
His next court date is June 1st and he could face up to five years in prison if convicted on all of the charges...
