Atlanta Falcons Defensive Tackle Jonathan Babineaux spent some time in trouble last night. It seems as though he was pulled over along with another man on a traffic violation. They were; well...Babineaux was going to be charged with an expired tag and then it was discovered that he didn't have his drivers license.
We wonder if when Babineaux rolled down his window to speak with police, it smelled like the big cloud of pot that came from Jeff Spicoli's van in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. They ended up searching and found oh...about 40 grams of the "Wacky-us Weedus".

Babineaux, a starter for the currently Floundering Falcons is supposed to meet with team officials sometime Friday morning. Not exactly something that Mike Smith and company want to be dealing with as they try to figure out how to stop their fading playoff hopes this season.
