The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has more here.

The Denver Post is also in Atlanta covering this...there story here .

Marshall, who was suspended for 3 games last season for violating the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy could be facing even more trouble once this case is resolved. He's been the subject of some troubling reports over the past couple of years some of which allege "Anger Management Issues".

Marshall has also "Loudly" lobbied for a new contract and threatened to "Hold Out" of camp. The Broncos, thankfully, called him out and he reported since his current contract doesn't expire until after this season.

Perhaps Mr. Marshall should clean up his off the field house first before he decides to "Whine" about anything. He seems to be the type of player that the NFL is trying to make behave or go away. Should he be convicted here...the likelihood of that happening...increases...exponentially.
