Auburn wide receiver Darvin Adams is skipping his senior season to enter the NFL draft.
Adams joins Cam Newton and defensive tackle Nick Fairley. The deadline for entry into the draft was last Saturday.
He led the Tigers in receiving the past two years, catching 52 passes for 963 yards and seven TDs as a junior. He set an SEC championship game record with 217 yards receiving in a game.
Adams ranks in the top 10 in several Auburn career receiving categories, including a tie for third in career TDs. He is also sixth in career yards and receptions.
His 60 catches as a sophomore was a school single-season record.
Here's one of the more memorable catches Adams had in the championship season past...
