Don Mattingly "Cost The Dodgers A Game..."

By his own admission... and a lot of people, acting very silly, are thinking that the act below may cost Mattingly a managerial job.

Mattingly was supposed to be the heir-apparent for the Yankees when Joe Torre left there, and now he's thought of to be the heir-apparent for the Dodgers job when Joe Torre leaves ((probably at the end of the year)).

This double-clutch, that Giants Manager Bruce Bochy caught last night, is causing a lot of kerfuffle...

Yes, it's a violation of the spirit of the two-visit rule. But, at the same time, everyone needs to lighten up.

The man couldn't hear his infielder from half-way across the grass...
It's not as serious as you think...
