TWTW I-AA: Eastern Washington Completes Comeback On Delaware

((HT: KXLY-TV Spokane))

The HQ admits we just like saying- "Bo Levi Mitchell"

Well, after being down 19-0 to Delaware, the EWU Eagles completed a comeback and won the FCS Championship in Frisco, Texas 20-19...

EWU was held to 98 yards of TOTAL offense through the first 2 1/2 quarters.
That, obviously, improved, in the last 1-and-a-half...

The win extended EWU's streak to 11 straight and Eastern finished with a school-record 13-2 record. They were making their first NCAA championship game appearance. The Blue Hens, the 2003 national champions and runners-up in 1982 and 2007, finished their season 12-3.

Eastern quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell, the SMU transfer, finished 29-of-43 for 302 yards, three TDs and a pick...

Here's coverage from our friends at KXLY with folks who made the trip from Cheney to Frisco for the game...

But we also know that the "Hardly Workin" network out of Richmond will not be happy about this for the foreseeable future...

The HQ will make sure to remind him of it...

Bo...
Levi...
Mitchell...
