Kansas...and other schools have a Ticket Brokering Problem

This is a very interesting story to read. The excellent investigative reporting staff at Yahoo Sports has uncovered a ticket brokering scheme that netted someone in the Kansas Athletic Department and the father of a Jayhawks athlete a ton of money.

The quick version of the story is that the scalping business was apparently orchestrated by 2 guys who are "Behind the Scenes" college basketball power brokers, David and Dana Pump.

The Pump brothers are apparently a part of the seedy underside of college basketball and part of an issue that the NCAA has chosen to ignore rather than deal with. They better deal with it quickly, or the government will be doing it for them.
