DEVELOPING: UGA's Caleb King Ineligible

And if this doesn't mean that Isaiah Crowell will get the first hand-off of the 2011 season, the HQ doesn't know what will...

Caleb King is academically ineligible for the 2011 season.

Commence the appropriate amount of laughter and finger-pointing...

And, remember, Washaun Ealey, who led Georgia in rushing last season, left school in May after two suspensions for discipline issues. He's now over at Jacksonville State.

King was suspended for two games last season after failing to appear in court on a speeding ticket violation, and he missed the Liberty Bowl because of academics. He rushed for 430 yards and 2TD's on 80 carries last season.

Richt says King's "unfortunate" situation provides opportunities "for others to step up."

If the HQ could classify "busts," Caleb King would certainly apply...

More when we know more...

This is what Georgia fans wished they had more of if only King would have kept his head screwed on straight...

Apologies to TBH, but these were the only highlights we could find...
