Monday night was the first night that the Detroit Tigers were able to play at home after the death of Ernie Harwell.
A flag with Harwell's initials was raised up the center-field flagpole and several of Harwell's co-workers, broadcast partners, and friends were around for the celebration. Jose Feliciano even returned to sing the National Anthem.
