Stan Kroenke is a very rich man. He owns a lot of Denver-based sports franchises and a television network to go along with his 30-percent stake in Arsenal. Kroenke is looking to pick up another 32-percent from two other shareholders which would put him in a controlling interest for the Gunners' daily affairs...
If he gets to 62-percent, he has to make an offer of the outstanding shares of $19,000-per share per entity. Once he gets to 90-percent, he can make the offer over the remaining 10 which includes the shares owned by the public...
