Nails Nailed For Embezzlement Fraud

Lenny Dykstra has been charged with embezzling from a bankruptcy estate.

Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles are saying that after filing for bankruptcy in 2009, Dykstra seems to have ditched, in one way or another, more than $400,000 worth of items from his $18.5-million mansion. They ranged from memorabilia to a $50,000 sink.

Dykstra claimed he owed more than $31 million and had only $50,000 in assets.

Who has a $50,000 sink...???
Jus' axin'...

Local authorities say he was arrested in an unrelated grand theft investigation and he remains jailed without bail.

For those of you who forgot what Dykstra has become...
