((HT: NFL Films/ESPNClassic/NFL Network/youtube))

Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk led a class of seven voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday.

Joining them were Shannon Sharpe, Richard Dent, Ed Sabol, Les Richter and Chris Hanburger.

Here's why each made it...
Deion aka Prime Time...
Three words... shut down corner...

Marshall Faulk... the man could run

Shannon Sharpe... he reinvented the tight end position...

Richard Dent... try and run his way...

Chris Hanburger's induction will make Brother J-Dub pleased...
Here's a game from 1969 against the St. Louis Cardinals

Les Richter played linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams from 1954-62. They traded 11 players for him and waited two years while he was in the military before he suited up. He went to eight straight Pro Bowls. He also was a center and kicker.
Here's a look back at the 1960's Rams...

And, obviously, none of the above video would ever exist without Ed Sabol...
