Richard Marsh thought he got $50-grand for sinking this 175-footer, but because of what the USHL's Indiana Ice are calling a "technicality," he's not...
You saw the team's rationale in the video above...
Ice officials said that Marsh was told more than once that he needed to be behind the red line. Team owner Paul Skjodt said it was an "innocent mistake" on everyone's part, and that the team will work to "make it right."
Whatever that means...
Ice owners Paul and Cindy Skjodt announced plans to make a donation of an undisclosed sum to St. Vincent's Cardiovascular and the American Heart Association in recognition of the accomplishment.
Bully for them...
