OSG Buzzer Beater: Bizarre Ending As Niagara Downs Canisius

This is probably the most bizarre ending to a college basketball game in recent memory. Caninsius and Niagara were tied at 65, Niagara's Marvin Jordan had his shot blocked out of bounds as the clock ran out. Both teams prepared for an overtime period. Then the officials reviewed the play and put 0.4 seconds back on the clock. On the en suing inbound, Niagara's Anthony Nelson lobbed a pass to Edwards, who shot was blocked by Canisius’ Marial Dhal however, it was ruled goal tending. Niagara wins it 67-65 in a crazy ending.

"That was one for the ages, there’s no doubt about that,” Niagara head coach Joe Mihalich said. “This is what college basketball is all about and what it means to have a great rivalry."
