Minor League Manager Stubby Clapp blows a gasket

Why is it that minor league baseball managers have the best arguments with umpires? There is a history from Philip Wellman on back, they all seem to blow a gasket to the "N-th" degree.

Monday night, the manager of the Class A Tri-City ValleyCats had a world class explosion. Manager Stubby Clapp (Yes...Stubby) gets angry when it appears one of his players is hit by a pitch. The umpire disagreed. And let's just say, Stubby, he didn't agree with the ump. Chaos followed.
