Odessa-Permian high school basketball star "Jerry Joseph"- whose real name is Guerdwich Montimere- has been arrested for the third time this week. This time: for sexual assault- a second degree felony.
The victim is a 16-year-old Odessa, Texas female.
She reported the incident to Ector County Independent School District ((ECISD)) officials and Odessa Police.
She claims it happened this past August.
Allegedly the two had a sexual relationship at a house in east Odessa.
Investigators tell NewsWest 9, Montimere "intentionally and knowingly engaged in a sexual relationship" with the female.
At the time, she thought Montimere was 15-year-old Jerry Joseph, who was arrested Tuesday for failing to identify himself to officials. Montimere turned himself into Will's Bonding and he's being booked at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
