Bobby Lashley Loses In MMA Bout

When Bobby Lashley decided to chuck his wrestling career in favor of an MMA life, Momma said there'd be days like this...

But Momma didn't tell him that it would be like this against Chad Griggs in Houston.

Lashley's takedowns in Strikeforce's Houston event gave him Round One, but the fatigue got to him at the end of Round Two and he couldn't last in the end of the round.

Here's Round 2 against Griggs with Gus, Frank Shamrock, and Mauro Ranallo...

Lashley's cut seemed to be the beginning of the end, but the ref's decision to end it all knocked the 8-1 favorite to his first MMA defeat.

Fanhouse's Ariel Helwani caught up with Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker, who is explaining that we all shouldn't judge Lashley's MMA performance by this one loss.
