Former Oklahoma State University head basketball coach Sean Sutton says he is pleading guilty to felony charges accusing him of "obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription, attempted possession of controlled dangerous substances and use of a communications device to facilitate a felony."
Sutton was charged with four felonies after being arrested in February. He was accused of picking up a shipment of painkillers under another person's name.
He spent 115 days in a rehabilitation program in Utah, Cirque Lodge, and he admits that he will continue to keep in touch with his support group. Sutton also says he hopes to return to coaching but it is not his top priority.
