DEVELOPING: OSHA Investigating Notre Dame Accident

Indiana's workplace safety agency ((their version of OSHA)) is investigating the death of the Notre Dame student after the tower from which he was filming football practice fell over.

Declan Sullivan of Long Grove, Illinois, died at hospital yesterday after the scissor lift the 20-year-old student was in was in toppled amid winds gusting over 50 miles per hour.

Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration spokesman and FOSG Marc Lotter says the agency had an investigator on the scene in South Bend. He says it's too early to say when the agency, which has the authority to levee fines, might release a report.
