Hilltoppers Volleyball Coach Saves Team's Life

The women's volleyball team from Western Kentucky University is, frankly, lucky to be alive. They played the University of South Alabama last Friday night after being involved in an accident that could have killed them.

It gave Western Kentucky Coach Travis Hudson time to reflect on a harrowing trip to Mobile.

He said, "Its been a long 24 hours."

In northern Alabama as they were travelling from Bowling Green to Mobile, their bus driver had a heart attack behind the wheel and died while their sleeper bus was on the Interstate.

Coach Hudson discovered what had happened just in time...

Here's the story, thanks to our friends at NECN and Local15 in Mobile...
And your postgame...
