The first time former Detroit Lions first-rounder Reggie Rogers was pulled over for Driving Under The Influence was October 1988. He killed three others in a car Rogers hit while drunk.
Rogers only got a year in prison at the time...
Fast forward, somewhat, to this past week... Rogers has moved to Washington state, but his behavior hasn't stopped...
