Former Cincinnati Bengals kicker Doug Pelfrey faces charges he misappropriated more than $100,000 from Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman, his wife, and Tillman's charitable foundation- The Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation. A lawsuit has been filed in Kenton County Circuit Court.

The Tillmans say this idea is the last idea they have in trying to recover money in a supposedly agreed-to suit settlement from the first of the year.
The suit claims the Tillmans donated over a half-a-million bucks last year to Pelfrey’s PRO Foundation charity. The Tillmans could determine, they say, where their donations could go, and they say Pelfrey told them their monies would go specifially to whomever the Tillmans identified.
When some of the intended didn't get the money the Tillmans set aside, according to them, Pelfrey said the situation would be fixed.
But...
The Tillmans say Pelfrey diverted almost $110,000 to his for-profit company.
The suit asks for repayment plus damages...
No trial date has been set as of yet...
