Kimberly Edds of the Orange County Register tells us that James Neal was arrested for the third time in a row- just after being released from jail the second time.
Neal was arrested at a Best Western in the town of San Clemente on suspicion of drug possession.
Neal bailed out of jail just before midnight Thursday after pleading not guilty to "assault with intent to commit rape and false imprisonment"- which the HQ has covered before just after his high speed chase got him arrested for the first time three weeks ago.
Got all that...???
Neal went to an airport to try to rent a car but was refused because his license is suspended, said Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino.
Neal then took a cab to a nearby Wal-Mart to meet some other men. Neal and those guys ended up at the Best Western.
A bail bondsman tried to get in touch with Neal, and the bondsman found him in a room with meth and other drug paraphernalia.
The bondsman called deputies, and Neal was arrested.
Here's your shorter version, thanks again to our friends at CBS2
