We want to give a shout-out to the kids on the Memphis University School 8th Grade football team. Why you ask? Well, they apparently are undefeated this season....and last season...and the season before that...and...well they are undefeated....for the past 5 seasons according to FOSG Randy Paige. Hard to do when you consider that the roster (8th graders), changes...every year.
The varsity program ain't bad either, they've won the state title the past two years in the private school division.
The school has been around since 1893, we suspect they haven't been playing football quite that long...and probably, sometime since they started playing....they've lost a game or two. But not anytime recently.
