Fresno-Buchanan ((CA)) senior Preston Hill has been going at it with the Fresno County district attorney's office who charged him with a bizarre crime: using a wrestling move to "sexually assault" a teammate.
According to the police report, during a July 2010 practice, Hill used a move known as a "butt drag" to gain leverage to "roughly and intimately assault" a smaller, freshman wrestler on his team in retaliation for a supposed affront.
Hill has denied attacking the younger boy telling the investigating officer that he was doing a move that everyone does in order to motivate.

The case is set to go to trial next month and Hill, if convicted, could spend up to six months in county jail...
