You'll remember when four sports were cut from the athletics budget at Cal-Davis that the students were beyond pissed and actually debated whether or not there should be sit-ins to protest the decision.
Now, we have the next step...
A former swimmer and, approximately, 50 other ex-athletes are debating a civil action and are claiming that funds used from the athletic budget were mismanaged and went toward things like internal decorating instead of running the program...
The school is denying any wrongdoing...
Naturally...
