Sandy Casar of France won the mountainous ninth stage of the Tour de France and Andy
Schleck of Luxembourg has captured the overall lead.
The Frenchman won the second Alpine lift through the mountains leading a seven-man break in the 127-mile trek along three tough climbs- including Madeleine pass.
Schleck took the yellow jersey from Cadel Evans, who had it for only one stage, finishing just behind the stage winner and alongside Alberto Contador.
