Chris Paul injured, taken from court on stretcher

Really tough day in Cleveland for the New Orleans Hornets and their star player Chris Paul. Yeah, the Hornets won the game, beating the Cavs, 96-81 on Sunday, but Paul had to be taken off the court in the 3rd quarter on a stretcher after colliding with Ramon Sessions of Cleveland while chasing a loose ball.

The good news, Paul was responsive and aware of what was going on. The bad, it appears Paul suffered a concussion. 

Paul got a CT scan at the Cleveland Clinic and was given the OK to go back to the arena. He left with the Hornets for Chicago later in the evening.

No word on his availability for New Orleans in the immediate future.
