New York Islanders Trevor Gillies has an in-person hearing with the NHL in Toronto tomorrow.
Gillies was ejected from Wednesday night's game against Minnesota for a hit from behind on Wild winger Cal Clutterbuck. The hit came just a few shifts into his first game back after serving a nine-game suspension for his head hit to Pittsburgh's Eric Tangradi last month.
It was in the blowout game where the Isles won 8-3...

The league requests an "in-person" hearing so the league can suspend a player longer than five games if they're so inclined.
