UGA AD Arrested For DUI, 28 YO Passenger Also Arrested

It was not a good day for University of Georgia Athletic Director Damon Evans...
Even if it was the first day for his new five-year contract...

In Buckhead, the northern Atlanta bar district, close to midnight last night, Evans was pulled over after being seen driving erratically. A field sobriety test was administered, and the officer giving the test determined that Evans was not able to drive a car safely enough.

He was arrested and declined a breathalyzer exam. Evans was charged with DUI and failure to maintain a lane.
